"Wonderful hotel! The people working there could not be more kind and helpful—especially Lance, bellman, and Bridget at the front desk. Fabulous room, great amenities. Fresh chocolate chip cookies welcomed me in the room (delicious!). The gym even had an indoor track! Wish I got to experience more of the Village. Will def stay here when in Dallas! "

"When I arrived the water was out for two days (not the planned maintenance that they had mentioned but not till I got there) this was a separate issue. After traveling all day and checking in and unable to not have water is not idea. What was worse it was the next day after dinner that we finally had the ability to shower"

"Stayed there when it was Bradford House (before Hyatt). There were a few signs of age in the room but it was very clean, and the price, location, and secure covered parking (albeit for $29/night) make it a great choice for those who want to stay in the area of SMU or the Park Cities."

"Located next to the highway and our room faced the Highway, you could hear the traffic noise all night long. Window treatments are too short and do not block the sun. There is a shade cover underneath too, but that is transparent too. Bed was comfy and room was spacious but -Glad I was only there one night because it was difficult to sleep. "

"Front desk staff was friendly and helpful, which was the one positive part of the stay. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was very disappointing. There is no indoor pool as advertised, and the outdoor pool was cloudy and did not appear well maintained. The bathroom floor in our room had peeling remnants of old tub coating all over it, and the shower/tub combo looked extremely outdated and heavily worn. To make matters worse, there was standing urine and toilet paper left in the toilet...

"We went for a few days with my husband and 2 elementary aged boys. Unfortunately our room was not ready at check in but overall we absolutely loved our stay. The staff is extremely friendly. The rooftop restaurant had great views, drinks and food. Pizza and cocktails at the pool were delicious. The pool was clean, beautiful and well maintained. The loungers are very close to the pool so had to make sure the boys weren’t wetting guests. The room was also clean, spacious for two carry ons. No tub...

"I love this hotel. The restaurant isn’t as good as it used to be, which is kind of sad but everything else is great. My room was clean daily by very kind of people. I stay there for a week because I actually had a facelift down in Dallas and it was super embarrassing, and the staff was so nice to me. I got a fractional laser which made me look like an alien for a few days and they still made me feel welcome —thank you for making an embarrassing few days feel comfortable for me."

"The room’s chairs were dirty with hair, the bedding had stains and one of the sheets had blood. I requested extra items including a blanket due to the dirtiness and didn’t get the items until past midnight when someone knocked on the door. I requested the items through the app twice and also called. The person still brought the wrong items so I asked a friend to bring them instead. "Parking had to be paid for and was pricey. GPS takes you to one entrance but you have to actually drive around the block to get to the parking lot. Was decent enough, inside staff was amazing."

"Everything was great except we didn’t have towels in our room one morning. It 30 mins for them to get them to us. That was disappointing."
