"Best room we have stayed in across many countries. Easy to find, close to the lake, with plenty of great shops nearby. The room was perfectly sized, the bed and pillows comfortable. "There is no elevator and our room was on the third floor. One of the staff brought our luggage upstairs however next day we had a train in the morning for Como. Staff outright said there will be no one in the morning until 9 or 10 am to help bring down luggage. There is no taxi available and she insisted we take the bus to train station which was about 9 km . It was very frustrating as we are senior citizens.
