"Five stars for hose. Chris is such a great person. He helped us with our luggage’s and explain everything to us, gave us some excellent suggestions for dining. The room is a little small for the price but I can understand it they only rent out is nigh season and for the location the price is fair. It is also best for sunset as it is only 5 mins away from the famous Caldera."

"We stayed here in 2019 and had an amazing experience, which is why we decided to return. Unfortunately, this visit was quite disappointing. The hotel was not nearly as clean as we remembered, and the room lacked many of the thoughtful touches and treats that made our first stay feel special. "A truly unbelievable place to stay. Our room was directly in front of the two blue domes. The best location. Our signature suite felt like a little home with everything we needed. It was clean, beautiful and had all the amenities. The staff was truly incredible and very helpful. They met us to carry our bags as it can be very confusing and a lot of steps. They were fantastic. We ordered breakfast every morning up to our room and it was absolutely delicious. I would not hesitate to book this...

"One of our favorite stays in all of Europe. I cannot praise this hotel enough. The staff made sure our stay was easy, comfortable and wonderful. We had a very spacious studio room, clean, super comfortable bed, and a million dollar view! We had a balcony facing the aegean sea and it was majestic especially during early morning and night time. Everything was perfect! A big thank you to Irini, Nikolas and the transport company they are affiliated with. You made our vacation truly wonderful."

"My family of 4 loved the location and ample space in the Villa. Being able to sit out on the rooftop and terrace to watch the sunset while others struggle to find a spot to stand on the walkways was probably the benefit that stood out the most. The pre-check-in response times were a bit erratic, but ultimately didn't create any issues. They asked for the mandatory onsite fees to be paid in cash, so come prepared for that. While the property appears to have been updated fairly recently, it is...
