"Great new guest house which is in the process of becoming 5 star hotel so at the moment there is no restaurant on site, body lotion, robes.. etc however everything is great"

"Great location. However the rooftop bar was empty - no music no patrons, just dead the entire time. Our presidential suite was nice, but if someone did come on the rooftop bar they can look right into your room."

"Hotel Adriano Rooftop is in the perfect part of town for travellers exploring Rome for the first time. The included breakfast was ample and tasty (although if you like pancakes, I suggest you spring for them at least once during your stay), the staff was helpful and friendly, and we enjoyed the rooftop terrance frequently. Lastly, during our extremely hot July stay, the air conditioning at the property kept us cool and comfortable when we were inside."

"We had an amazing stay at CancelleriaDieci. The location was perfect; close to Piazza Navona, restaurants, cafés, and shopping. The apartment was charming, spotless, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. After long days of sightseeing, it was the perfect place to come back and unwind. We couldn’t have asked for accommodations for our trip to Rome and would absolutely stay here again"

"Overall is good but we had plumbing problem (drainage issue in the shower). Hotel did upgrade us to a nice suite room at the last minute (the last night of the 3-night stay). The Suite drainage was also slow but we didn’t bother to notify the front desk. A hotel at this level should have a much better customer service. All other 6 hotels we stayed during this Italy trip had great customer services."

"The room was clean and decent sized. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Very quick to respond to messages. I love that it is in a very old building, but the room has all of the up to date amenities. Plus, good air conditioning. Easy walk to all of the sites you are usually in Rome to see. Vatican, Colosseum, Trevi, etc. Although some may not like the stairs, I loved that I had a spiral staircase to my room. It is also really close to a taxi stand as well."

Property was very central to everywhere we wanted to go and was spacious, very clean, comfortable beds and all the amenities we needed for a family of four.
