The location is unbeatable- relatively short walking distance to the main tourist attractions: Forum, Spanish Steps, Fountain of the 4 Rivers/ Piazza Navona, etc.
There's an elevator for mobility impaired, although there are some steps needed to ascend from street level to the front door of the hotel. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was generous and good, delivered to the room. Although we don't drink, we got a bottle of Chianti during one night, and a bottle of Prosecco on another night- nice!
The room itself was spacious, stylish, and good for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teenage boys 15 and 17y). The shower water pressure & sofa bed quality was the only reason I rated the facility 4 instead of 5 stars for our room on the 3rd floor. The roller beds for the boys also wasn't as sturdy, but they slept in them fine. The master beds were great.
This larger room is good for families with kids/teens as long as you're okay sharing 1 bathroom. I would stay here again.
