"Rooms were spacious and clean"

"Staff was extremely helpful. Best accessible bathroom in any hotel we've stayed in. Dolly was particularly helpful"

"Clean room and property. Staff excellent as they were helpful and quick helping us change rooms after an issue with a faulty shower handle. Not their fault. Only thing we’d like to see better would be more of a healthier breakfast selection…"

"Seul le lit était confortable. Aucune commodités dans la salle de bain, seulement une mini tablette pour mettre nos produits. L'édifice a besoin de beaucoup de rénovations. Pas de petit déjeuner, de n simple sac en papier avec un mini muffins au maïs, mini barre tendre, sachet trail mix. Ça ne vaut pas le coût de 242,44$ canadiens. Vraiment très déçus."

"We had a lovely one-night stay here on our way back to New York from the Catskills. The room was modern and spacious, and the hotel offers free parking and a heated pool, which the kids absolutely loved. The staff were friendly, and breakfast was good too. Overall, a really enjoyable and convenient stay. Would happily recommend!"

"The front desk was horrible didn't greet you or give you information such as breakfast or anything about hotel. Looked like hotel was flipped and upgraded poor job at that. I don't have enough space for the inconvenience for our stay. Spots on our spreads in room, brown water in toilet and tub and sink. Tv didn't work in room. Went to front desk and associate there didn't care. Just cared about cell phone just said see mgr. in the A.M. No! I wanted my room changed or refund me but not as we were...

"Everything was clean, comfortable and very cozy …. Would definitely stay here again"

"Overall our stay was good. Staff was very helpful. Cleanliness may could have been a bit better. We were located near the lift which was not to good with the chiming as it reached our floor. Next time will request a room away from the lift. Door slams early in the morning are not enjoyable. I understand this can be an issue."

"We mostly enjoyed our stay at Bear Mountain. Respectfully, The Overlook Lodge is closer to a roadside motel than a Lodge. There’s no staff on site or elevators, so fair warning if you have a lot of stuff with you and staying on the 2nd floor. This is probably a little nitpicky, but the lighting is so cold and it feels like a hospital in all of the common areas and the rooms. It would help a lot to consider replacing light bulbs with a warmer color temperature (like 2700k). Otherwise, the...

"Fantastic room. The property is still very new and any issues were very minor."
