Troba hotels a Museu de Vidre Moser, Karlovy Vary i rodalia a partir de 58 €

"Great and helpful staff."

"The breakfast was well above average, the staff was kind to allow me in the room early and the entire place was beautiful and classy."

"Property is nice overall and breakfast was ok, small buffet choice but excellent coffee. What majorly lets the hotel down is the misrepresentation of parking facilities, which is a 15 mins walk away uphill. We specifically booked with parking as one of our party has a disability and struggles with strenuous walks. "Zentral gelegen, Parkplatzsituation ist allgemein in Karlsbad schwierig"

"Wonderful hotel with an easy walk to the collonades. Enough parking for every room. The breakfast was very well done with a good variety."

"Staff o.k., clean room, super breakfest.. "

"Nice room, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, perfect location."

"Not a bad experience overall but not worth the price: nice building and nice rooms, good spa, excellent breakfast. Major issues I believe is the management, it’s not acceptable to have only one receptionist at the front desk with so many rooms on a Saturday, this is creating chaos, secondly I have paid a late check out online but somehow the staff was not informed so I had to wait 20 min at the reception just to explain the situation, third but nevertheless important the water coming out from...

"Fint men saknade luftkonditionering.

"Everything was great with the property. Communication was excellent. We stayed during August summertime and the unit was hot but because of the 24/7 support they were able to provide us an electric fan which was a lifesaver."
