"First time staying here. Definitely an easy, smooth and fast check in and check out. Staff members were nice and helpful. Security guard on site all night. Clean and secure location. Access to gym. Decent size parking lot. Laundry mat on site $1.75 per load. On the beach. Community size pool, kitty pool and a jacuzzi. Out door grills available. Power did go off though for about 15-30 mins. Other than that probably will be staying again."

"One of the worst stays we’ve had in Florida so far, especially for a family of five. The hotel was extremely old and poorly maintained—to the point that the elevator actually caught on fire during our stay. We also lost power in the middle of our stay, and we had to find and arrange another hotel ourselves. "Towels were stained had to wash them before kids could use them.. floor was dirty.. smoke detector didn't work not all them r hard wired in when they by law have to... there was no communication with the business at all n the giant roach when we got there in the room. We will never stay here again. Tried for some kind of refund n they refused"

"Originally, I haven't booked this hotel, but due to maintenance in the other hotel Expedia gave us this option with Comfort Inn, we had a room with ocean front second floor. They had elevator and stairs, so it was easy to go up. The beach access was immediate, soit was good too. But the view from the room into the ocean was very sad. "I was very disappointed with this stay. The hotel advertised itself as oceanfront, but that was misleading. The room was not oceanfront as expected. The hotel was. There was also no mention in the listing that the main bed was a Murphy bed. It was old, very hard, and seemed too small for two adults. I wasn't even sure it would comfortably support both of us.
