"I was woken up at 12:30AM by the staff knocking on my door. Asking me who I was. Come to find out that the employee who checked me in forgot to "save it" in the computer. It was the employee who checked me in was the one asking me who I was. I had to remind him of the conversation we had when he checked me in before he was convinced he made the mistake. No apology, no remorse for waking us up, and still acted like it was my fault somehow. Also de-activated my key card, was such a hassle in the...

"No where near the airport, hallway smelled disgusting and rooms are very very basic."

"The room had such a strong smell.of pinesol it gave us a headache. They came ans replaced towels our first day but didn't bother making the bed and on our second day they didn't even bother replacing towels."

"Front desk Karen was rude and aggressive. She told me that since there was a fire in the laundry everything is messed up. I asked for luggage cart and told me to look on all the floors first a luggage cart. I said thanks for helping the handicapped. There never was a luggage cart. Absolutely rude"
