"It’s a wonderful hotel, with great rooms and staff overall. The surrounding area is a bit weird, but you can easily get a taxi (trusted by the hotel) and a shuttle from the center to the hotel every night."

"We stayed for two nights in a four-person apartment and were warmly welcomed by Massimiliano, who was incredibly attentive and gave us lots of restaurant and tour recommendations. We had a great breakfast, the apartment was very clean, and the location was just two minutes from Napoli Centrale Station, which made it very easy to get around Naples by train and metro. It was definitely worth it!"

"Stayed 2 nights. Had the pleasure of liaising with Francesca - very friendly and helpful. Previous comments mentioned difficulty in finding the place, but had no such issue. Francesca also communicated clearly via WhatsApp with instructions to access the room. Located walking distance from Napoli Centrale and metro, as well as bus and tram stops. "The room was amazing!! The hot tub/jacuzzi was great, we didn't really use the sauna and breathing rooms however they looked nice. The air conditioning worked very well. "Excellent! This hotel is conveniently located in the central of Naples. It’s walkable to restaurants, shops but it’s a bit walk to central location. The surrounding appears not safe but it’s on a very busy street. Lots of graffiti gave the impression of not a safe place but we felt ok on our second day. It’s a gated hotel and gate was locked at night. One needs hotel card to get in. We would stay here again the next time we visit Naples."

"The room was newly updated, and very clean. This is a family business (father and sons), and they were really nice and accomadating. This not quite an apartment and not quite a hotel, so check in was a little confusing. I was contacted about what time I was going to check in because they would have to meet me as they aren't staffed full-time. I showed up at the address given at the appointed time, nobody there.
