"I thought that this was a hotel when booking via Expedia but it's actually more like an AirBnB. The location is very close to the Napoli Centrale station on Piazza Garibaldi. The lady who greeted me at check-in was lovely and incredibly helpful. I booked the room at the last minute (30 minutes before arrival) and she immediately got in touch to organise check-in.
