The spectacular ocean views can be seen from the breakfast bar, dining area, living room and main bedroom. Your private balcony has a table and seating enjoy reading a book, working or studying remotely. It features a private balcony, free parking, and free high speed WiFi (400 Mbps).

One Ocean Place is an oceanfront 13 story high rise building located in Garden City. The electronic gates provides safety and security in this family friendly environment.

The condo was spacious, clean and well furnished. Not enough hot water for jacuzzi bath. Beachfront and very safe. Beautiful views. Conveniently close to everything! I will definitely plan another stay!

We had issues with the codes working the owner gave me I got the correct ones from their property manager Jason . He was very helpful as we also had the dead bolt to break and locked us in our room for about 2 hours Jason came saved the day I asked the owner for a full night refund as this freaked my wife out being trapped in room Jason gave us a 40 dollar gift card put the power gave us 100 dollars back I would stay there again but this was more stressful then relaxing as of the check in fiasco

Wanted a great beach front view, easy & close access to beach, comfortable accommodations, elevator. We got it all and then some. Very comfortable, clean, and well supplied condo. Balcony perfect for ocean breeze and beach view. Big window and glass doors to balcony made the living area feel like beach front too. All made a perfect long weekend. Building, pools and hot tubs, grounds, etc. all were clean and well maintained as well.

Our family is really bad at planning ahead. We can't menu plan, and we know we want to do things, but generally aren't sure what those things will be until inspiration strikes. This condo was perfect for us! Food Lion, Kroger, and Walmart are all less than 5 traffic-free minutes away. It's convenient to all kinds of stores and restaurants, and we never had trouble finding a parking space when we got back from our excursions. The condo was clean and beachy, the view is great, and the in-unit washer/dryer allowed us to pack light. Great place to stay. Would recommend.

The condo was nice but needs updated. We encountered a few problems but Leigh, the property manager, was a lifesaver and excellent to work with. She never missed a beat when I had to message or call. The location was nice and a very short walk to get to the beach

Family friendly property with excellent access to the beach and amazing views of the ocean! Room was clean and in order upon arrival. Owner was excellent with communication prior to our visit. Aesthetically the room was a bit outdated but didn’t mind one bit because it was very clean and we spent the majority of our time at the amazing beach anyway! Short drive to Murrell’s Inlet or Broadway at the Beach. Would stay here again. Thank you for hosting us!

This 10th floor condo is beautiful and has the most amazing bird’s eye view of the ocean! The kitchen was fully stocked and the master bedroom bed was SO comfortable! The twin beds in the guest bedroom could use a new mattress and pillows but otherwise, this place is perfect! You won’t regret staying here!

The condo was great and very clean great location love the Conch Cave great food. The condo was as described on Vrbo the person we booked from call to check on us which I liked! I just wish the weather was better but overall a great place to stay I would recommend staying here.

Leigh wolfson wonderful property manager, a few needed minor repairs, was done asap, including the keurig coffee maker that didn’t work, she had housekeeping bring one within the hour. The condo was spotless, the view and accessibility was spot on! Leigh was wonderful for answering any questions we had. Thanks for a wonderful week, would surely book again!!

This property is very nice and very clean. Well decorated and comfortable with plenty of kitchen appliances! The view is fabulous! The condo complex is not crowded. Elevators and chairs at the pools were always available. Definitely a great place to stay.

We had to leave early because our backs were killing us from a sagging and overly soft king mattress. Mildew was excessive in the master bath. The kitchen closet floor looked like it had not been cleaned all summer. The kitchen was poorly stocked; drinking glasses were chipped and cracked. Did I mention that the deadbolt was stuck and it took US (not maintenance) over an hour to get the door unlocked so that we could get into the condo when we arrived. The air conditioner is limited to 70 degrees, and the fan does not run constantly as the controls indicate. We purchased the linen package, and the towels were literally dirty and stinking. In fairness, the property manager was great and very communicative, but the property needs upkeep. To be paying the price charged, it should have decent mattresses, dishes that are not cracked, and a frying pan to scramble eggs and no mildew actively taking over the tub walls. Toilets that flush would be nice too. I could go on like the rusting interior of the microwave or broken light bulb over the stove or the soured and stinking dishwasher or a bathroom with no bath mat, or a washing machine that doesn't fill up, but I'll stop here. The location is great, the view is spectacular, and the other residents were very respectful and pleasant. It was just the lack of investment in the property that made a week at the beach a constant challenge to get sleep, stay cool, and not feel grossed out.
