Newly Renovated & 5-Minute Walk to the Beach - Golf Cart Included

Welcome to our beautiful beach cottage renovated with you in mind. Enjoy the new open layout, well-appointed new kitchen, bathrooms & updated bedrooms to relax and make new memories with family & friends. Relax on the deck or enjoy the sunset on the swing. Plenty of parking too!
Our cottage has 3 bedrooms, with a maximum occupancy of eight (8).  The primary bedroom has a King bed and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The 2nd bedroom has a queen with a twin bunk, the bottom bunk is close to the floor for the little ones. The third bedroom has a queen and daybed (twin). There is also a twin daybed in the Living Room. Second bathroom has a stand-up shower.  Linens, kitchen & bath towels are provided as well as beach towels. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need as well as a coffee/wine station. The dining area seats 6 & the kitchen island seats 4.  Our beach cottage has 3 smart TV's (2nd & 3rd bedrooms) and a 55" in the living room. The laundry room has a full-size washer and dryer, including an iron & ironing board. Gas bbq as well as a few beach chairs are available for your use. 
With just a 5-minute walk to the beach, indoor pool, tennis courts, and playground and a 10-minute walk to the outside pools and hot tub, our cottage is close to all things fun!  - PLEASE NOTE: DUE TO RENOVATIONS THE INDOOR POOL WILL BE CLOSED UNTIL SEPTEMBER (2025). DATE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.
 *Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10 am. A $200.00 cleaning fee will be added to your rental.
** No pets, no smoking. must be at least 25 to rent and the traveler booking the cottage must be staying at the rental.
*** DISCLOSURE: For security purposes property is equipped with three (3) exterior video surveillance cameras - located in the front, side and back of the property.

Golf cart is free to use, though must be a licensed driver. You can also rent an additional Golf cart on-site if needed.

Oceanside Village is a 180-acre beachside gated community, with 24-hour security and is located on Business Highway 17 between Surfside and Garden City beaches.  Amenities including heated indoor pool, tennis courts, bocce ball, softball field, basketball court, horseshoe pits, volleyball, children’s playground, outdoor pools, children’s water park and hot tub. There are also Six small lakes, two have freshwater fishing. For a fee, the fitness center is available.
Beach has private front parking and is available for Oceanside Village only. So much to do located just across from the community’s entrance is Tupelo Bay, an executive 18-hole par 3 golf course. Along with Tupelo Bay is a driving range, miniature golf, and ice cream parlor.  Whether you go north towards Myrtle Beach or south towards Georgetown/Murells Inlet, enjoy live shows, nightclubs, amusement parks, arcades, water parks, and shopping. As well as state parks, fine dining, championship golfing and historical sites. Or just stay close by and enjoy the quaint beach towns of Surfside and Garden City - Myrtle Beach airport is just a short 20 minutes away!

The property was listed correctly and clean it is located very close to the beach which is very convenient given that is the main reason people vacation there. The included golf cart is a blessing sense once you’re there you realize Surfside Beach is set up as a golf cart community it seems. The gated secured neighborhood was also comforting. As there are two pools one indoor one outdoor basketball court volleyball., tennis etc. The home itself has been updated. Nice kitchen with all the amenities multiple beds. Everyone had a place to sleep. There’s an outdoor barbecue grill patio table to relax outside. large driveway if there’s multiple vehicles in your party in the host goes above and beyond to make sure your check in is it smooth and seamless it’s possible. Would definitely recommend this property and plan on staying here again in the future

We were very pleased with our stay here. The place was as big and spacious as the pictures made it look! It was super clean and with all updated decor. We could walk to the beach, but it was super convenient having the added golf cart! We have not one complaint. It was perfect for our family

We loved Murrell's Inlet and this house was excellent in every way!

This property had it all. Everything was clean, updated, and spacious. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and the kitchen was well stocked, organized and very accommodating to prepare meals or snacks. There is a great coffee/wine station and a separate dining table to easily fit 6 people. The living room was comfortable and spacious and there were several board/card games to play. The Weber grille was excellent and we used the deck and table as well. The washer and dryer were super convenient and there were even laundry and dishwasher pods available for use (we left some of ours that we brought down as well).The location and community were excellent. It was a short 5 minute walk to the beach or a 2 minute ride on the included golf cart. The beach was one of the best we've seen. It was large and the sand very compact and easy to take a nice long walk or bike ride on.Thank you for sharing your house and helping to make a wonderful and memorable beach vacation!

Short Getaway

Enjoyed our stay in this well appointed beach cottage! The interior looked newly remodeled and decorated in coastal decor. The master bed was very comfortable and so was the daybed. The golf cart was great to get to the beach especially since I have bad knees, but the walk was short to the beach. I liked having a private parking lot and easy access to the beach as well as a bathroom and outside shower to rinse off the sand. The owner was very prompt to answer questions and concerns. We hope to return with 3 of our older grandchildren. The gated community has pools, playgrounds and ponds as well as friendly neighbors. A nice retreat for a retired couple or a family and friends. We hope to return in the future!

Great Neighborhood!

We loved staying in this neighborhood with so many great amenities. The pool, splash pad, and hot tub were a huge hit. Access to the golf cart for quick trips around the neighborhood were very convenient - especially to our own private parking lot across the street for easy access to the beach. We did not have great weather during the stay, but the hosts were responsive to our questions and were able to quickly address any concerns we had. The house had more than enough space for our family of 4 and even had some games available to play for the kids. Beds were comfy and plenty of extra towels, blankets, and pillows for getting cozy and watching movies. Just a great spot for a family with easy access to all of the great activities to do just a short drive away.

Location and Quality - Others were envious

The location is phenomenal! 2 blocks from the beach entrance. We met several other family members who were staying in other homes within the same community. Every single one were envious of this unit. Spacious, updated, clean....great layout. The unit is very nicely apportioned and supplied! You won't be disappointed with this property. I know we had other family members wanting to book this property for the next trip.

Great house for beach stay

Home owner was great communicator and house was perfect! Very clean and comes with golf cart for community use and to drive you up to beach. Although you can walk to beach in less than five minutes. Had a great stay.

Our stay was very nice. Owners were easy to work with. Location and home were excellent. Quiet area even on Memorial Day week! The golf cart topped it off as we could get to beach or pool or hot tub or just ride around.

Wonderful Attention to Detail!

We loved staying at this beach house. There were so many thoughtful touches throughout the house that made our stay more convenient and comfortable! Most beach houses are just an empty shell with no way to organize your things so you feel more at home, but not this one. The location is great, close to the beach and great view of a couple ponds, too. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others!
