Beautiful property, the description was accurate and the property met or exceeded at our expectations. Location was convenient, outdoor area was well kept with easy access to the beach and a short walk to the pier. I will definitely check the availability of this property for future trips, as it met our needs perfectly.

The condo was clean, neat, and was just as it is pictured in the listing. The kitchen had everything we needed. The views from the balcony were wonderful! We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

The room needed a little more care. The throw rugs in the room were dirty/soiled. There was hair in the corners of the rooms and on the floor. There were nails sticking up in the doorways so we had to keep the rugs over the doorway in the master bedroom. The tiles were broken in the bathroom. I think the air conditioner needs cleaned they kids room smelled musty. The property outside was overall very nice. I only saw them clean the pool one time.

Outstanding property in a great location

We couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more. I don’t think we have ever stayed in a place so clean! The unit borders the beach with a great view. It was well-stocked with everything we needed. Kudos to this VRBO property!

Great location

We just wanted to get away for a few days. It rained a lot but we were able to enjoy the porch overlooking the ocean. We hung out and ate all of our meals out there. Good size rooms and bathrooms.

Beautiful in Every Way!

This is an absolutely beautiful and cozy property. It has everything you need. We were impressed by the cleanliness of the beach house and it's welcoming atmosphere. Owners were kind and prompt in answering questions. I hope we can stay there again.

Fun in Tropical Storm Debby

This was our yearly trip to Garden City and it never disappoints. Even with Debby we still had a great time. Love this condo and the location! See you next year.

Just as expected.

We had a wonderful time at your place. The view from the porch was a beautiful view of the ocean. Only thing that caught us off guard was the steps to the condo.

Just Perfect!

The Santos were everything we imagined and more. We loved and enjoyed our long weekend with at the Santos 3 bedroom condo. Great bedding and linens. Kitchen well equipped. Super comfortable for a family.
