Unit 1010 Water’s Edge Resort is an oceanfront1 bedroom Condo with 2 bathrooms, fully equipped Kitchen, living room has a full size Murphy bed and a pullout couch, master bedroom with a Queen size bed and a private bath, washer and dryer in the unit. View from the private balcony is the Beach and the Atlantic Ocean. Free internet,phone and cable, covered parking. Resort has many amenities: recently renovated pools hot tubs and indoor pools,fitness,bar and gift shop.

Independence Day stay

Wonderful accommodations! Highly recommend! Perfect location close to Garden City pier but still a quiet spot. Lily was very good at responding to any questions. Will def stay again!

Beautiful

The condo is so cutely decorated! We have been to Waters Edge resort many times and this was by far one the cutest! Utensils /pots/pans are there to cook, but we didn’t needed them lol . The Murphy bed is the secret star , quite comfortable! There were beach chairs and umbrella on patio for use if u needed. If you need a long term renter let ME know :)

Perfect little condo, Great location and ocean view.

We had a wonderfully relaxing stay in this clean, neat and well equipped condo. It was perfect for my best friend and I. The murphy bed was quite comfortable and having two full baths made getting ready for two women a dream. Sunrise and coffee on the balcony were pure heaven and the beach was just beautiful.

Beautiful Location and Amazing Host

The condo was just right for us. The views are SPECTACULAR and the location is convenient to everything you need. The only downside to the property is that it is still undergoing repairs from Hurricane Ian, but everything is reopened so the repairs are mostly cosmetic at this point. Host was incredibly attentive and went out of her way to make our stay amazing. Highly recommend and will book again!

Great Stay - Matched the Listing!

Clean and wonderful ocean view condo that provided a wonderful workcation. Condo was as described and view was breath taking! This was such an easy stay and the only check out directions were to take out the trash. Lily was such a great manager and very easy to reach and work with. This condo provided such a sense of calmness and peace - it was absolutely everything I was looking for! I plan to book again!

Fabulous

The condo was perfect for the two of us. It was very comfortable. Check in and out was the easiest we have had. Everything we needed was already there. They had even turned the ice maker in so it was readily available as soon as we arrived. We have stayed in many places I. Surfside and Garden City, but Water’s Edge has become our favorite. Great amenities with the indoor and outdoor pool. You are literally steps to the beach.

Enjoyed my stay

The property was as described. There was plenty of cleaning and paper supplies! The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. It would have been nice if there had been a recliner or a comfy chair in addition to the sofa and loveseat. The Waters Edge deck, pool, and hot tub are great. It is also unique to the area to have the availability of two parking passes.

Renters beware

I was contacted by condo owner two hours prior to check in (already traveling) that there were no amenities available. No pool, hot tub or fitness center available. It was never mentioned when booking that they would possibly be closed for repairs. Family members booked in other units were given discounts due to the issues. We were offered a sorry for the inconvenience. We would not have booked at this resort had we known of the issue. These amenities will be down for some time so renters may want to book at other locations. Very disappointed!
