The view, convenience and kitchen were very nice. There were, what we thought were roaches on the deck outside, and some in the kitchen. The property was clean but the master bath needs work around and inside the shower. The air conditioning was not cooling the master bedroom and we were having to sleep in the spare twin bedroom just to get comfortable enough to sleep the entire week. The master bedroom door leading to the deck would not open. The outside deck was slanted feeling not so safe. As much as we loved the view and the location, I think we will choose a different condo next year. As far as the staff with the Garden City Realty, they were very kind and helpful.
