"The room was very clean and large enough to accommodate the 3 of us. We had a very large balcony that was awesome. We asked for and received a fan since we were on the top floor (6th). I thought it was interesting that we had to empty our own trash. First time I have ever encountered that. The room had a very nice kitchen area. The extra bed could have been more comfortable, I think. They put two halves of a mattress on slats and so they tend to separate just enough to notice when you sleep on...

"The apartment was clean, new, modern and had a very efficient kitchenette with everything you could want. The check in process went smoothly. I arrived on a Sunday and was able to get a nice dinner at Dean and David's right nearby. I arrived by public transportation and that was a little bit more of a walk than I would have liked. "Not sure we'll repeat this. Idea is okay- minimal staff and a small apt with living/dining/kitchen/bedroom. The apt was dark, even with all the lights on - but the problem was the lack of staff assistance. We never got an email with instructions and codes to get the key, and staff was only there a few hours a day. We got there mid-afternoon in a snowstorm and were lucky another guest let us in to try to work out how to get a key. After that we didn't really need people, but there were weird...
