"Amazing hotel and extremely affordable. This for sure the very best location in Giseny. The hotel is directly at the lake. Walkable to the public beach and pretty much everywhere. "This hotel is absolutely horrible! It is incredibly overpriced, at the same rate as a Luxury Hotel, but they have service comparable to a Motel in Rural Alabama. They don't have a restaurant, they have a cafeteria with a fixed menu. The portions are tiny (cheap) and I left each meal still feeling hungry. They do not have internet in the Rooms. They do not stock their minibar. Half of the electrical outlets in each room do not work. The entrance of each room is accessed through a back alley...

"Lovely and large room with king bed and a fire place. Ensuite was also large. They also put hot water bottles in our bed at turn down - such a lovely gesture. Staff was very kind and accommodating (always went the extra mile) and as others have noted the food was really excellent. Light and healthy and tasted very fresh—the best food we had in Rwanda. "
