"Petit hôtel sympa, proche du centre, au calme sur les hauteurs de la ville. la piscine sur le toit est très agréable, les chambres sont confortables et bien décorées. Par contre, le service n'est clairemen,t pas au niveau. Ne prenez pas le petit dejeuner: 45 minutes d'attente pour de soeufs brouillés, et il nous a été impossible de petit dejeuner ensemble en famille. Bref, un bel hotel mais le service n'est vraiment pas au niveau"

"Excellent stay at the Swissotel Tbilisi. Very convenient location 20 minute walk to the old town, very well appointed and modern rooms, and a great breakfast. The service by the staff was of a high standard as well, particuarly Mariam at Concierge. Would definitely stay here again, and would recommend to any visitors to the city."

"City centre, in comparison with other hotels, you don’t need to go to the mountain , the location is in the middle of a main street. Shopping, restaurants - whatever you want. The staff is very helpful, the apartment is clean, the kitchen has everything you need for housing. The only minus: sometimes the Wi-Fi signal is not good in a bedding room, but perfect in the living room and kitchen. "

"The check out was partially ok, the gay was helpful bat didn't mention the hotel has service only during the day. We came back to the room later, the remote control for the air con was missing and the room was freezing. so I had to look for someone/call the hotel reservations service in order to turn off the air con. There is no lobby or communal areas on this hotel. The room is nice but cod have been so much better. I'm not sure this qualify as a 4 star hotel.. The tv was not working...
