"Very comfy bed and lovely quiet room.
A huge shoutout to Will, a happy, pleasant young man who could not do enough for us. Thank you Will for an amazing breakfast experience.
One disappointing thing for breakfast was if you drank coffee you got it for free BUT I don’t drink coffee but if I wanted a hot chocolate I had to pay for it. (Because they don’t put hot chocolate in the free machine anymore). I thought that was unfair.
We pre-purchased parking for $10 per night, well worth it.

"Miniappartamento, di fatto (piccolo balcone, poltrone e minibar sulla scrivania, una cabina armadio molto ampia), che si è rivelato molto tranquillo nonostante fossimo in centro, con ampio parcheggio, a 10' a piedi da tutte le attrazioni della città e base perfetta per l'esplorazione del nord della Tasmania da Cradle Mountain al parco Freycinet. Soggiorno davvero piacevolissimo!"

"Glad it was only one night as the bed was incredibly hard and uncomfortable. Arrived at 7.15pm which was after hours as the reception shut at 7pm, so the person checking me in was not happy, despite living in the room next to reception, and was out brushing their teeth in the hallway when I left in the morning. Left at 7am so only used the room and bathroom no other areas of the house."

"Pros: Convenient location, convenient on-site parking (although very limited), and the room and detached private bathroom basic but adequate. Check in was very easy and the staff member very thorough and friendly.
Cons: Items in the room were a little dated and in need of maintenance/replacement, and while the bedding, flooring and bathroom were clean - other items like the TV remote and some surfaces were not very clean. Being an older building with a narrow hallway, there was a lot of noise...

"Was informed reception was open until 6. Arrived at 4.45 to find ut had closed at 4. No contact from the hotel about how to access the pre-paid room. Neither of the telephone numbers given, including the emergency number, were answered. No response to my text message or email! Only after getting expedia involved was I able to get access to my room, 40 minutes after I arrived. No apology from the hotel, who have not even reached out about the situation. Awful service!"
