"A last minute stay did not disappoint. We arrived early and the front desk staff (who were so wonderful) was able to get us in to our room a wee early before our plans. The room- wow- we were greeted with jazz music lightly playing on both TVs! The bathroom was huge and the bedroom, complete with a fireplace. "The hotel was very clean, the rooms were spotless and very large. We stayed in a two bedroom. The check in was very quick and the staff were friendly, the only downside was no one explained where the lobby sitting area/kitchen was located, where the laundry facilities were or information about housekeeping. The pillows were also very uncomfortable. I would definitely stay there again though if I went back, it was very centrally located to everything. "

Despite this, once you got into the room, it looked like it had been recently renovated, with new fixtures, new, comfortable beds, brand new bathroom fixtures, and was scrupulously clean. "Parking was great. Breakfast doesn’t start until 7 so be aware that if you need it for 6:30am there is zero flexibility. Are would have been great BUT our wall adjoined the elevator bay so was up ALL night listening to those busy elevators stoop on every floor all night. The smoke alarm blinks fluorescent green all night right next to the beds and there was no bathtub in our room which surprised me. Just a shower. All things to be aware of. "
