Hyatt Place San Jose Airport
"Hotel and staff were great. Return shuttle from airport was not good. We waited over 45 minutes for the shuttle to arrive after calling, they should have at least stated it would take that long. Would not stay again because of this."

Good Nite Inn - Redwood City
"Drunk, loud people were in the parking lot. One of them was urinating. We had to wait outside for 3-5 minutes to check in (no one was at the front desk, and the lobby was locked when we checked in). The front desk lady was chewing gum. Inside was clean and spacious."
