"The apartment wasn’t properly cleaned, with dirty carpets, stains on the lounge, mould and old soap in the bathroom, and rubbish/stuff under the couch. Both bathroom doors didn’t lock, a window latch was broken, the dryer didn’t work, requested drying rack never got a response. No cups or mugs in the apartment. We requested a partial refund due to the issues, but this was declined. Wouldn’t stay here again."

"The twin room was clean and had all the equipment in the kitchen that I needed.
Location is great and this room is quieter than I had expected given the location near PA hospital.
I will definitely stay there again on my next visit to Brisbane."
