"Very Clean! Response time from Management was amazing if you have a question or problem! When checking in you will have to call the front desk to receive the entry code. Overall 10/10 stay!"

"I was looking for a dog-friendly place where I could decompress after more than 24 hours of travel with my two energetic dogs and where there was parking and enough room bc I had to add a trailer to my car. I had several questions before I arrived, and the owners were very responsive. Once there, there were a few minor issues, and the owner responded very timely and with solutions. "Perfect size cabin. Lovely area. No WiFi on our last night but that could've been because of the weather. Nice fire pit, that was my favorite part of the day once we returned from our wanderings. Very peaceful. We would def come back."

"So, we did not actually end up staying at the property. We booked on an emergency basis (for my father's funeral) for nine people and did not look at reviews first. Big mistake. When we noticed the previous bad reviews, we contacted VRBO and were told we could not cancel but could take pictures and call the support team if the property was unacceptable. Which it was. We documented the dirty pool (the owners insist it is *stained*, not dirty, but either way it looks unappealing to swim in and did...

"The absolute best location for attending any event at Merriweather. Staying here is also perfect for enjoying outdoor activities on the lake, or simply relaxing on the peaceful patio. We loved our time here. Our host Donna went above & beyond to ensure we were comfortable. We'd love to return. "

"In town for my Sister’s wedding. Stayed here for the weekend. Danny, the host, was easy to communicate with. Place was charming and very comfortable. Beds were comfy as advertised. Downtown Frederick is easily walkable, and hwy 70 was easy to get to to branch out further. Will stay here again if available the next time we are in town."

"We didn’t stay. We when arrived, instead of a room in the guest house, we were expected to stay in a tentlike structure. In addition, the bathroom facilities were outdoor showers and commodes that required a climb up a set of stairs. Luckily we were able to secure a room at another facility. The owner supposedly requested a refund for me but I haven’t heard whether this has been approved."

"Pretty farm house! Although, there were some issues. The listing stated air conditioning. We only had air conditioning in the kitchen/living room . However, upstairs the bedrooms did not. For the bedroom, we had ceiling fans/windows, which the windows had to stay open and the house is on a busy street, which you hear the traffic . We also had to keep the blinds up or the noise of them sucking in and out wakes you up. This wasn’t the greatest either since the neighbors house, they keep on a...

"2nd year staying at this property for our conference. It was just as great ascthe last time. This is our go to place when we are in the area."

"This space had everything we needed and was located close to downtown. The beds were comfortable. If you have an issue with stairs it is not the place for you. Would definitely stay here again."

"Fourteen members of our family gathered comfortably here to celebrate my mom's 92nd birthday. The space was clean and welcoming, and it accommodated us all perfectly. The children enjoyed playing basketball and volleyball outside. The kitchen was well stocked with dinner and cookware. Winston was a great host, friendly and communicative. "
