"Fun walkable area of town. Beautiful view. Only problem. Paid for a late check out. Left our room at 11:30 . Even told the housekeeper next door we had a late check out. Came back in a half hour. Our room was all made up. We had taken our luggage down and needed to use the room to take care of medical needs before we left.When we told the front desk. Thry said sorry that happrned to uou but no refund. Should have just used it anyway but we didnt. Bummer."

"Stayed here one night. Great location right off the highway. There are lots of dining options nearby. It was easy access to Portsmouth as well as places like York. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very good and offered lots of options. We will stay here again when we are in the area. "
