"This rental far exceeded our expectations! It was more than a house… it was home! Every room was extremely clean and brilliantly decorated. Our stay coincided with weather of extremely high temperatures but we were more than comfortable as the house has fantastic air conditioning. It was about a 5 - 10 minute walk to the Cape Neddick Beach and Harbor /Lobster Pound Restaurant. I will recommend this house to all my family and friends."

"What an amazing house to spend time with family. The kids loved their play area and the adults loved the big kid play area! Beautiful setting away from crowds. We enjoyed watching movies, eating s'mores, exploring and creating memories. Thank you, Ashley, for always being available and helpful during our stay!"
