"If you are looking for a location close to the Heavenly gondola with onsite parking then this is it. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms have everything you need and are comfortable. Parking was great and I was aloud to leave my car for the day after checking out to get some more run in on the mountain. I would definitely stay here the next time I’m looking to ski Heavenly Mountain. "

"Our family came to Lake Tahoe to snowboard at Sierra-at-Tahoe and Palisades. Location receives an A+ We enjoyed walking to the beach and the casinos after a day on the slopes and the food choices close by were sufficient. The pool was closed. The hot tubs were cold on the first night, but working fine after that. The front desk staff was warm and friendly. A good value for our stay."

"Parking was easy and secure. The property is one to two blocks from the main street; thus, it is quiet. The property managers are pleasant, friendly and professional. I had a small problem with the Air conditioning unit. It would come on, then cycle off after ten minutes. Had to restart the AC unit several times to cool the room. "

"Newly renovated with modern room was one of my most favorite places I’ve ever stayed in Tahoe. The bed was so comfortable and the TV was huge. The bathroom was amazingly spacious as well. There was a coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge which was super convenient. There was a small table with 2 chairs that made it nice to sit at and have a meal. The only thing I would say is that if you’re on the bottom floor you can hear every single footstep and house of the people above you. I did message...

"I didn’t realize I had stayed here before, but you can definitely tell the rooms have been upgraded—they felt fresh and comfortable. The Ridge Sierra also shares amenities with another nearby resort just a few minutes away, and there’s a convenient shuttle that can pick you up anytime. The indoor/outdoor pool was a lifesaver—it kept my kids entertained the whole time. They also offer activities for both kids and adults, which was a nice bonus. "Great location and property interior well kept and furnished. Outdoor could use more lighting post. Had encounter with bear in parking lot and was not able to see much of the parking area due to poor lighting. "

"The place was dusty and bugs and oldish. There was a Murphy bed in the living room it was broken. The restroom by the living room was dirty there was dried poop already on the toilet seat. Of course the storm beat us to SLT and we had to detour and stay at a different hotel for the first night. I understand they are not entitled to refund us or anything but no discount or empathy from the owner/manager. I would not want to rent from a third party to stay at heavenly seeing that they’re not kept...
