There was a lovely quiet place out the back (the firepit area) to sit and relax.
The gym was good, plenty of equipment for an airport hotel.
I didn't need to eat there, but I could see there was some food, although limited.
The airport shuttle worked well."

"This is a nice hotel, but the floors were very sticky. The refrigerator made a high pitched squeal whenever the motor was running. The staff was very nice. You had to give the staff your water bottle to get a refill, instead of using the water bottle station yourself. The breakfast consisted of Light-n-fit yogurt, apples, waffle maker, egg and cheese omelet, cereal, and a couple of breads. Very limited but good enough if you're on the cheap."

"Property was good, great place for a last minute stay. Double bed is cheaper than a single bed surprisingly. Only thing that I didn’t like was the airplay receiver that the room had did not work with the TV and there was no way to connect it to the TV. Also, the lady who helped me check in, was ok but she needs to improve a bit on her customer service skills."

"We have booked at the Dylan Hotel at least three times. This hotel is one stop away from San Francisco International Airport on the BART.
We like the convenience of the hotel so close to the BART station.
The hotel is very nice and clean. They have a very nice outdoor patio to enjoy a glass of wine. It is within walking distance of the local restaurants. A clean and nice community."

They have covered parking, but there aren’t very many spaces, so I was glad I arrived earlier in the evening to secure a spot. I was able to walk to dinner easily."
