"The hotel was really beautiful, new and designed in a modern and cool way.
the room was spacious, comfortable and the kitchenette was accessorized with everything we needed for cooking.
The hotel spa was also very great, we enjoyed it.
The reception clerks were really nice, helpful and patient with our many questions, especially Amelie."

"An excellent option just a few minutes from Bolzano, this is a beautiful, modern hotel with great amenities. We stayed in the Jasmine Suite, which was huge. Everything was thoughtfully done and very clean. The breakfast buffet was delicious and high quality, with lots of variety. We also ate dinner at the restaurant and it was one of the best meals in our travels through Italy (no joke, I was surprised too). "We really loved the chalet during our stay. It was spacious and well equipped. We also had a great view of the town and surrounding area from our balcony. Although it did appear not all properties on the resort had the same great view.
The staff at reception spoke excellent English and were always friendly & helpful.
A few things to note about the resort and area:
- The motorway flyover next to resort was not a problem as we initially feared. We could barely hear the traffic.
