"2nd time staying at Sonder and will stay again. Love the area. We did have issue's with our access code but they quickly reprogrammed it remotely for us. Our tv wasn't able to be watched at all because it needed to be signed into the network. They put in a work order but it was never resolved. "

"Perfect for what I needed it for. I stayed almost two weeks. One block from the train to get downtown, and an easy walk up Randolph to all the dining and shops in the West Loop. The place is great, with all appliances, including a clothes washer/dryer combo that makes a longer stay easy. The bed was very comfortable. The place is in great condition and updated. You do hear the L train going by all day and night, but I slept soundly with earplugs (bring some). I would definitely stay there again,...

"Fantastically located snd brilliantly appointed aparthotel. Absolutely perfect for our stay, where we were competing at the HYROX world championships. The room was super spacious and had all amenities you could wish for. "

"Beautiful view. Mostly well-stocked kitchen, but needed more place settings of silverware, plates, and glasses. Provided easy directions to follow."

"Very close to Wrigley Field, easy to get to and easy in and out. Very comfortable. It's a very nice neighborhood. It would be a good place to stay for a group. With that being said, even though we had no issues you still share a bathroom with other guests. That and parking were the only downsides as far as we are concerned."

"Very, very clean. The housekeeping staff was on premises when we arrived. They were very welcoming and asked severa times if we need anything. They acted like "owners" which and I commend them for that."

"The apartment was perfect for our family. It is on the third floor so you do have several stairs. The apartment is very comfortable. There are places to park on the street. We were able to find a spot very close. The beds are comfortable and our family really enjoyed our stay. From the apartment, we could get to the L or to the bus stop easily. High recommend and we hope to visit again in the future! Thank you!"
