"Séjour très agréable dans un appartement tout confort et très design.Un ou deux points : le radiateur des deux salles de bain ne fonctionnait pas. Le robinet de l’évier de la cuisine était mal fixé, instable. Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de lave-vaisselle. Un peu plus de vaisselle serait très apprécié. Et avec un lave-linge, nous resterions une semaine de plus ! Sinon, merveilleux séjour."

"A nice flat with a wonderful terrace in a small village up to the mountains, beautiful landscape and vegetation. A car is a must and careful driving is important to mention. Private parking is available. In 15 minutes you are at the centre of Chiavari, beach/promenade and the train station. Either drive to touristic places you want to visit or take the train, both are possible. We enjoyed driving as well as traveling by train, especially to Cinque Terre. "We had the most amazing three nights stay at this unique and beautiful apartment perched above a boathouse near Portofino. The place was perfect for a group of six- spacious, comfortable and full of character. "Die Wohnung war wie abgebildet. Alles hat funktioniert und die Aufenthalt war angenehm. Lage ist super. Sogar der Aufzug war vorhanden obwohl das Gegenteil inseriert wurde. Für uns mit Kinderwagen hat es viel geholfen. Parken konnten wir in der Marina Porto antico für 24€ pro Tag dank die HFA. (Achtung: pro angefangen Tag)"

"This place is an amazing find and great value for what it has to offer. As part of LHP the appartment was done following the same look and ammenities of the 5 stars LHP Santa Margherita Palace Hotel (where I stayed last year and reviewed it with a 5 star rating). Clean, comfortable, with 2 full bathrooms and 2 bedrooms it is a lot more spacious than any hotel room if you don't mind not having every day service (I didn't). The large balcony offers spectacular views !"

Das Ferienhaus liegt abgeschieden in einem Olivenhain über Lavagna, wo wir ruhige Strandtage verbracht und von wo aus wir Touren mit dem Zug in verschiedene Richtungen (Cinque Terre, Genua…) gestartet haben. Aber das für uns Schönste war der Blick vom Haus aufs Mittelmeer: Man gewöhnt sich nicht daran und staunt immer wieder ein bisschen über diese Weite… "
