"Die Lage ist fantastisch. Die Unterkunft selbst dient ausschließlich zur Übernachtung, da weder Pool vorhanden ist, noch Frühstück angeboten wird. Das Personal ist absolut freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Einziger Wermutstropfen, die Technik, beispielsweise an der Haupttür, die man mit einem Nummerncode öffnen kann, die sich aber nicht immer sofort öffnen lässt."

"Convenient appart'hotel close to train station and walking distance to casino. Kitchenette has all basic amenities. Staff is nice and helpful. Living room space, cleanness of carpet and sofa bed is not the best and A/C is not great. A/C is good in the bedroom though. Only unconvenience is the toilet apart from the bathroom."

"Veldig fornøyd med beliggenhet, tar sirka 20min å gå ned til sentrum. Mye fint å se på, stille område og hyggelige naboer. Anbefaler å laste ned uber appen, enkelt og komme seg til sentrum eller andre plasser. Last også ned monapass (busser i Monaco) og Monaco taxi for å komme deg tilbake til hotellet (uber finnes ikke nede i Monaco). Enkelt å kommunisere med hotellet og god beskrivelse på hvordan man henter ut nøkkel osv. 10 av 10 anbefales virkelig."

"The apartment is located in a secure building near one of the main streets in Nice and around a 5 minute walk from the train station - excellent location if you’re planning on travelling up and down the coast by train. The building itself leaves a lot to be desired, the stairway smelt strongly of urine every morning even though cleaning was visible. On the last day we were also greeted with dried dog poo being swept from a higher floor on the staircase by one of the cleaners, narrowly missing...

"Gute Lage, sehr nettes Personal und ein toller Ausblick. Supermarkt und Bäckerei um die Ecke. Handtücher sowie Duschgel, Seife und Handseife waren vorhanden. Die Küchenausstattung war allerdings sehr minimalistisch. Salz, Pfeffer und Öl haben gefehlt. Außerdem waren einige Küchenutensilien nicht ganz sauber. Offenbar wird darauf vertraut, dass die Gäste diese selbst reinigen, obwohl eine Spülmaschine vorhanden ist. Insgesamt aber ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Sehr zu empfehlen!"

"The apartment is ideally located, with shops and restaurants within easy reach. The promenade du Anglais is minutes away, as well as local transportation, with the tram stop 2 blocks away. A good security system separates the apartments from local residents. The apartment was bright and clean, with a comfortable bed, good shower and blackout curtains. "This was a nice and convenient place to lay our heads down and cook a few meals. We spent most of our time out and about. Phone service and WiFi don’t work super well inside (I suppose being in a large building) Communication with the host was very good. It was nice having a washer and new experience for us to hang dry our clothes! Old town Nice was very fun and lively."
