"Lovely old heritage mansion converted into very comfortable sleeping rooms. Plenty of shared spaces to meets other travellers such as a parlour, living room, sun room and dining room. Only challenge was parking but we finally figured it out. "

"Great location in St John Historic district, close to city market and waterfront. Lovely old building ( Pratt House) and full kitchen/ suite was a bonus!. Woukd stay again for sure."

"This is an exceptional home in a beautiful area. I’ve stayed at many lovely vacation rentals, but this one easily tops the list, both for its location, but especially for the design/comfort/luxury within. We found ourselves returning a little earlier from our forays each day to enjoy the place. It was a destination in and of itself!"

"Nice affordable apartment. Properly alerted potential renters of steps to reach apartment. Aside from bathroom apartment was very well cleaned. Tub and floor in bathroom were not adequately cleaned - hair on floor and in tub. Not at all fancy but a very nice basic no-frills apartment at a reasonable cost. Owner was an excellent communicator."

"Wow! If i could add bonus points for sheer whimsy, this place would earn them all! The only warning i can provide about this place is that if you are only in St John for one evening (as we were), that you might get sucked into exploring the hundreds of fascinating details about this space at the cost of time to explore the city around it. "We had an amazing stay! The cabin was very clean and everything worked as it should. Everything was well stocked. We had a designated parking area, and the area and cabin were safe. We had a great stay at this cozy little place and got to enjoy the outdoors and make a little fire at night. "The rental property was beautiful. Extremely spacious and immaculately clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. There were lots of additional supplies (soap, shampoo, toilet paper, laundry soap, etc). The beds were also very comfortable. Across the street there’s a shopping plaza with a big grocery store. "The location is breathtaking in a cozy suburb of St.John, NB, CA. "Dale is the nicest lady, excellent with communication and she's really attentive to every detail, to make a person's stay just wonderful. Home is impeccably clean, well decorated and she spared nothing to make us comfortable. I highly recommend this little gem of a house and gem of a lady. "

"What a great stay! This tiny home had everything we needed and more right down to the sunscreen. We stayed for three nights. It was clean, quiet and just what we needed for a relaxing stay. Just make sure to bring the bug spray - the mosquitos are pretty busy around the campfire. "
