"We love staying at beautiful old places! This was in Uptown. Close and very walkable to everything. We hope to return to St John and Chipman Hill again. A week was too short!"

"This property in Rothesay was great for our two families.The upstairs was like a private suite for my daughter, son in law and their two children. The hot tub was lovely to have.Our hosts Alia and Chuck were very helpful. They provided a sleeping cot and a high chair for our daughter's baby.We enjoyed our stay very much. The neighbourhood was private and close to water."

"This property was absolutely stunning and Karen is the true definition of a superhost. The house was extremely clean and eloquently and tastefully decorated. The view was beautiful, the surroundings were peaceful, the property had all the needed amenities in great working condition and Karen was great at providing relevant information about places to visit in the area. We were even greeted with a welcome sign, box of chocolates and bottle of non-alcoholic wine which was perfect for the family....

"Very comfortable and large house. Loved the family room with a large screen TV, a large couch, and great views of the water! Air conditioning was outstanding in every room in case you are there on a warm day. Easy drive into St John's (12 to 15 minutes) and to grocery stores. Note there is an apartment in the basement. Didn't bother us at all. Overall, a Great house!"

"It was very cozy and felt like home. A bit hot at times but luckily they thought of fans for each room and living room. We would love to come back and stay again!"

"What a great stay! This tiny home had everything we needed and more right down to the sunscreen. We stayed for three nights. It was clean, quiet and just what we needed for a relaxing stay. Just make sure to bring the bug spray - the mosquitos are pretty busy around the campfire. "
