"Private, stunning view from the back porch, and the installations further down the hill (El Colmadito del Abuelo y La Casita del Abuelo) have amazing historical contents on the land and people. Glenda and Laura were incredible and the communication was easy. Would highly recommend for an intimate stay, one that permits exploration of the land and history, and one where you get a taste of the real deal Puerto Rico"

"Bad customer service (horrible, it’s through a phone line and no one is near the hotel). . TV controller didn’t worked. Very difficult to understand how to get to the lobby. Place is not secured, any guest can lock the lobby from the inside and you will remain outside until someone comes out. I clearly hear the room outside. The fridges are shared with the whole hotel. "

"The property is located in residential neighborhood. It was clean, and ready for us when we got there. The owner was responsive, respectful and friendly. There could have been a few more linens: washcloths, hand towels, potholders and 'starter' condiments like coffee filters and salt/pepper/sugar. Overall, this was an affordable accommodation for our first visit to Puerto Rico. "

"Just as the listing says, the views and location are just incredible. Our second time there. Explore the tidal pools and beaches right at your doorstep and snorkel in the shallow water right in front of the rocks that protect the property - I guarantee you'll be amazed at the diversity of life. Magaly the property manager is terrific, super responsive. Check out David Sandwiches in Islote - it's all delish but their coco lemonade. I'd go back just for that. "
