Sleeping Layout:

★ Primary Bedroom: King-sized bed, lake and mountain views, smart TV, private en-suite with rain shower.

★ Second Bedroom: King-sized bed, vaulted ceilings, a cozy loft with double bed (not recommended for young children), smart TV, and rain shower.

★ Third Bedroom: King-sized bed, walls of glass on the main floor, loft with twin bed, and en-suite with shower/bathtub combo.

★ Each bathroom is stocked with fresh towels, hair dryers, soap/shampoo/conditioner, and toiletries for your convenience.

A walkway leads directly to Lake Blue Ridge, where you’ll find kayaks stored in the cabin’s crawl space. ⭐️GUEST ACCESS⭐️

Guests have full access to the entire cabin, including the hot tub, fire pit, kayaks, and other amenities, for groups of up to eight. Enjoy free WiFi, smart TVs, and beautiful views from every room.



Lake Blue Ridge is easily accessible right from the property. From the back patio steps, it’s just a short 2–3 minute walk down the hill. You’ll pass through a small paved parking area and then continue down the side steps of the condominium below to reach the shoreline. We have deeded lake access for guests, so you’re welcome to take the provided kayaks out on the water, enjoy a swim, or simply relax in the chairs set up on the lawn while taking in the mountain breeze and beautiful sunset views.



Please note: The boat dock is privately owned by the neighboring condominium and is not included with this property. We kindly ask that guests refrain from going onto or using the dock at any time. Thank you for your understanding!



Please also note:

✨ A signed renter agreement is required upon booking. Additionally, a security deposit of $500 will be required for your stay. It is placed 2 days before arrival and released after check out as long as the house rules + check out instructions are followed and there is no intentional damage



✨ Guests acknowledge that swimming, wading, and all other activities in or around the lake are inherently risky and undertaken at their own risk. By entering the lake or using any related equipment, guests agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the property owner, management, and affiliated parties from any and all liability, claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to injury, loss, or death sustained while engaging in such activities, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.



✨ Safety is important to us and we remind all guests that the loft areas are not designed for young children. The loft areas are high and the ladders are steep. We have installed heavy-duty ladder blockers for parents who wish to deter their kids from climbing up. In addition, children must be supervised at all times. You MUST use life jackets when entering the water. The property owners / co-hosting company are not liable for injuries, accidents, lost items.



✨ Indoor fireplace is seasonal use only October-April. Outdoor gas fire table available year-round



✨ Four-wheel drive is typically not required to access the property. However, during winter conditions when snow or ice is present, a 4WD or AWD vehicle may be necessary. We recommend checking the local weather forecast prior to arrival and planning accordingly.



✨ We kindly ask our guests to ensure that all trash is securely placed in the trash bins, with no loose trash, to avoid a $100 fine.



✨ Please be aware of the local wildlife around the cabin, including but not limited to; insects, bees, deer, bears and snakes. While these animals are a beautiful part of nature, they can also pose risks. Keep a safe distance, avoid leaving food outside, and be cautious when walking in the area.



✨ We would like to kindly remind you of our business hours, which are from 8AM to 8PM. We have limited availability for assistance between the hours of 8PM and 8AM.
