"Musty smell and bedding had stains. Didn’t have bugs but it was very outdated and uncomfortable. Key card deactivated multiple times. Person at the front desk was nice and helpful but I won’t stay again."

"Staff was very helpful on how to navigate going through Sauder Village. Room was clean and spacious. Plenty of parking on site. The restaurant and bakery were excellent. The warm breakfast was one of the best we’ve had, everything tasted great! Would definitely stay here again!"

"Exceptional. Very clean. We had everything we needed. The house is very nice, each bedroom was spacious and clean. The bathrooms and kitchen are updated and clean. The outdoor area is very nice.
