"Era bastante ruidosa, no nos importaba que fuera un poco vieja, pero la ducha estaba rota, el secatoallas también y falta de actualización en general. Olía mal el pasillo y habitaciones y las toallas. Hubiera merecido la pena pagar más y haber estado más cómoda en otro hotel. "

"This is a really fabulous small hotel. The mostly young staff are wonderful and have really good customer service skills. The room we had was large and warm and really nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable with sufficient pillows and some nice cushions.It was apparent that thought had been put in to all aspects of our stay. There were lovely little touches in the room - biscuits, fresh coffee and a cafetière, an extra blanket, and even recycling facilities in the room itself. We had a vegan...

I had a good bathroom with good lighting and a good shower door so no water leaking out onto the floor which can often happen in hotels. The breakfast was good. So I enjoyed my stay. "Arrived pretty late but a warm welcome from the staff, the complimentary drink on arrival was well received and nice surprise. We stayed in the Langford Room which was amazing, lovely a clean, nice little things like the cookies and a welcome personalised note. Miles was excellent, spent time chatting with us and telling us about the area and where to go. Would highly recommend and will definately be back "
