"With the shuttle, convenient to the airport -- shuttle was reliable. (The airport has a train line that is a way to visit City Center Philadelphia) Desk personnel were all polite and helpful. "Benjamin, Allen, The housekeepers ladies and the pool staff are amazing. We did had a little situation with the room. But Benjamin resolved it, right away he is amazing. This is our 3rd time at Windsor and I will do it again. This time my mom came with her service dog. And the treatment was phenomenal. clean, caring, pet friendly, helpful, and beyond. "Vanessa (check-in), Tracy (check-out) and night auditor were helpful and had excellent guest service skills. The TV and air conditioner worked well, which is often a problem in other hotels at a similar price. The full breakfast was enjoyable. Plenty of free parking. "The area is not quiet, there is trains going by many times per day and live entertainment some nights in the courtyard. Rooms are spacious. Dining options in the hotel are limited. Generally a hip vibe."
