"We loved our stay. Room was large and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable and we appreciated the nice couch for tv viewing. The room also had a very large desk that was wonderful for working. I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again. Hotel is also only a 10 minutes from airport and shuttle runs every half hour."

"The bed was lumpy ABS the sheet was barely in the mattress. So we finished making the bed properly. There was dried up drink splashed down the wall by the main window. The sink wouldn’t drain properly, which is really annoying when you’re brushing your teeth and have to wait for the rinsing water to drain. "Generally, a good stay and if we were in St. John's again we would seriously consider staying at Sandman. Unfortunately, neither the pool or the gym were available. I had to ask for a rubber mat for the shower and was told mats were only provided for customers with bath tubs, which we did not have. That is a terrible policy as the shower was very slippery. As well, there needs to be a review about allowing pets to stay in rooms. We had a very yappy little obnoxious dog right next door, but he,...
