"Love the location. Place was clean and had plenty of wash cloths and towels. Kitchen was well furnished. My only complaint it that is got a little warm and the only way to run the A/C was to leave the window unlock, we were not comfortable doing this at night and when we were not there. Ceiling fans or a few box fans would hVe been helpful. Overall a nice stay and easy walk to Quidi Vidi Harbour. "

"The Room is modern very spacious and private , The layout of the space is very intentional and intimate with high end finishes just a beautiful place to enjoy a nice peaceful get away. Great location with stunning views!!

"This is a great property and the Host is amazing! The photos online reflect the property accurately. The house was really clean and bright with lots of windows! It is about a 2km walk from the Mary Brown Centre and we are seniors and was able to do this walk on a regular basis. There is a grocery store and Subway just around the corner. We really liked the property and it suited us yo a T. "

"This unit provided what we needed. Bed, bath, kitchen, laundry and living room. It’s quite comfortable. For us it was the perfect place to stay while touring this side of Newfoundland.
It is a basement apartment so not the best if mobility issues are a concern as there are outside stairs to get to the unit.

If you are looking for a hotel services or a place to host visitors, you will be disappointed. If you are looking for a safe place to lay your head after being out-and-about during the day, you should be satisfied.
