Hotel does not have a front desk and advises they will send an online registration and check-in information within 48 hours of check-in time. I called 2 days in advance to confirm that the registration link and instructions would be sent and was assured that it would be. On the day of arrival, I still did not have any registration or check-in information and called once again at 1:00pm (3 hours before check-in time) to ask for the information, and they again assured me it would be sent before check-in time. I arrived at 3:45pm (15min before check-in time), and no instructions had been sent. I called 3 times and no answer. I received automated texts that I responded to with all my booking and reservation information, and was told "We're looking into this for you" with no resolution. I was with my family on a hot afternoon, my daughter suffers from asthma, and we did not have any water while waiting. Both my partner and I called over 10 times with no answer. Finally the hotel sent the information OVER an hour past check-in time, which made us late to the event we were travelling for in the first place. Completely irresponsible communication and unacceptable especially for a hotel without a front desk or in-person check-in. Unfortunately we did not have any other hotel options as we paid with points and did not have any left over to switch hotels last minute. We will NOT be returning and are very disappointed with the lack of refund or compensation offers.
