"The Toscana village is great - so relaxing. The long stay owners are very friendly and helpful, as are the staff. The onsite bar/restaurant is good, as is the pool. There is a local town in easy walking distance with many old buildings, nice bars, and places to eat. On Saturdays there is a food market, so you can stock up on salads, fruits, vegetables, meats, and cheeses, etc. We can't wait to go back."

"Wir waren zu fünft mit einem Kind (5 Jahre) in Juni bei Luca und Marcia zu Gast.Wir wurden herzlichst empfangen und wir waren gleich hin und weg. Das Haus war noch viel schöner als auf der Buchungsseite beschrieben und dargestellt.Wir haben alles ausführlich erklärt bekommen.Es gab ein paar kleine Startschwierigkeiten, aber Luca war am selben Tag sogar noch um 22 Uhr vor Ort, um zu helfen, einfach toll.Wundervoll gepflegten Garten mit Blumen und Kräutern sowie mega Pool und großer...

"Ein herrlicher ruhiger und grüner Ort zum Entspannen. Die Sanitäranlagen sind einwandfrei. Der Pool ist wunderbar und der Platz ausreichend. Auch die Bar bietet genügend Snacks und Getränke. Der schiefe Turm ist ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Dort gibt es dann auch zahlreiche Restaurants und Möglichkeiten zum Shopping. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit."

"This property is right across the street from Cathedral Square.. with the Leaning tower, cathedral and baptistry. I’m not sure if all rooms have the same view, but we were on the second floor and our two windows looked right at the leaning tower. It was cool. Kids loved it. Ages 10 and 4. Staff was helpful with directions, transportation. We would stay here again, without a doubt. Super cool spot. "

"This place is a beautiful oasis in the middle of the city. The property has gorgeous landscaping all throughout the place. There is an awesome pool and a trampoline. Patio area to chill at and the rooms are in great condition. Set up like an apartment with a full kitchen. "Wir waren mit vier Erwachsenen an diesem wundervollen Platz. Es gibt alles, was man braucht, um selbst zu kochen, ebenso fußläufig fantastische Restaurants und einen regionalen Lebensmittelladen. Matraia ist ein beschaulicher Ort und gleichzeitig gut für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen. Das Haus und der Garten sind liebevoll gestaltet und sehr großzügig. "Beautiful, comfortable, clean and well stocked home with an amazing huge pool. Plenty of outdoor seating and dining options. The owners live next door and were gracious and helpful hosts. Air conditioning is in the 3 upstairs bedrooms and the main living room area downstairs. Bocce set and a grassy area to play. We even had one of their cats ‘adopt’ us during our stay which we welcomed. There are good dining options within 5-10 mins of the house and the incredible town of Volterra is...
