"A quaint cozy cottage on the edge of Pella made for the perfect birthday retreat. Walking to the town square with sun shining on an autumn day, exploring the flower patch, and welcoming a new day with the sunrise over the field next door refreshment for the soul. Every detail is thought of in this Rock House: kitchen ware, comfortable beds, outdoor sitting spaces, a fire pit with wood to use. I highly recommend the Rock House and hosts. "

"We stayed at the house for a quick overnight to attend a high school event early the next morning. We arrived around 8 the night before and had such a cozy night relaxing and chatting until turning in for the night. Plenty of space for 6 ladies! Beds were very comfortable. "Great place to stay! Close to the lake, quiet neighborhood, Brought our family all under one roof for Labor Day weekend, and there was plenty of room for everyone. "An excellent pet-friendly space -- considering many rental locations don't allow pets. Our dog, Farley, had an excellent time running through the fields! The house was cozy and very accommodating for several people, if/as needed. And lastly, the hosts couldn't be more welcoming and flexible ---responding to any questions I had very quickly and just being flexible and understanding overall. Will stay there again for sure. :-)"
