"Enjoyed our 3-day stay here! Very close to the beach and loved having access to equipment in the hotel basement, which guests could borrow (boogey boards, chairs, buckets and spades.. ). Although the property is right on the boardwalk, our suite faced the back and we had no issues with noise. Air con in the suite meant we didnt have to open windows, which helped with the noise too. Yes, there are issues with homelessness in the area but never felt unsafe or antagonistic. Another fantastic perk...

"I absolutely loved this apt and hope it is available the next time we visit LA. it accommodated our entire family, and we felt welcome and at home. There were plenty of restaurants nearby, grocery close enough, and transportation (train). Parking was not convenient in the evenibg, but that is expected in downtown LA and has NOTHING to do with the apt itself, just our poor planning. 5stars"

"Gut gelegene Wohnung in Hollywood. Es war sauber und funktional, einzig die Kommunikation ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. An der Tankstelle um den Block gibt es einen super Mex Foodtruck, sehr empfehlenswert. Im Moment ist in der Nähe eine Baustelle, die haben wir aber nur morgens gehört. "The pool in pictures is not the pool at property. There’s a hot tub on the roof. No pool towels. Place was clean and neat. Just promised my kids a pool and there wasn’t one so it was a bust in that sense. Also the fees were outrageous, I am military and don’t make a lot of money and this place was super expensive. "

"My family truly enjoyed our stay at your home! It was more than accommodating for all of us, and the swimming pool was definitely the highlight for our kids.
