"Our family of 5 had a fantastic stay at The House of Swallows. Everything was just as described. Chiara was super welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. The beds were really comfortable - perfect after a full day out and about. She also gave us some awesome local tips, including a biking tour that ended up being one of our favourite parts of the trip. Highly recommend!"

"Pros: Sehr schönes Areal, gepflegt - Wohnung - wie beschrieben - alles vorhanden
Cons: Keine Möglichkeit draußen zu sitzen, weder Terrasse noch Balkon. Auf Nachfrage: alles privat. Die Wohnung ist für 4-5 Gäste ausgelegt, aber es gab nur 2 Liegestühle. Ebenfalls nachgefragt: der Besitzer gestattet nur max 2 Liegestühle pro Wohnung. Keine Sonnenschirme am Pool, kein Schatten und das bei 34 Grad."

"Apparently the check in times in Tuscany are very rigid. You must check in within the stated hours or else be subject to room cancellation. That being said, we made it in at the alotted hour. There is no staff on site until the stated check in hours, so checking in early is impossible. There appeared to only be one staff person who did not speak much English. He was nice and helpful enough. The complimentary breakfast was suprisingly good! Fresh coffee and cappuccino, warm fresh...
