"Unser Aufenthalt war wirklich sehr schön. Die Gastgeberin war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit.In der schönen Ferienwohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht.Fahrtzeit nach Pisa 1 Stunde 45 Minuten und Florenz 1 Stunde 25 Minuten. Nachts die Serpentinen hoch ist ein kleines Abenteuer, da allerhand Wild unterwegs ist."

"Die Casa Metato liegt oberhalb von Castiglione di Garfagnana, man hat einen fantastischen Blick auf das Tal und die umliegenden Berge. Das Haus selbst ist blitzsauber und mit allem, was man für die Selbstversorgung benötigt, ausgestattet. Die Gastgeber sind sehr aufmerksam. "Ron was a very conscientious, caring and accommodating host, we were contacted personally shortly after booking, he gave us recommendations for the vacation as well as accurate directions before and during the vacation, which was great. The house was perfect for us and exactly as described in the ad, clean, with a great terrace and located in a really incredibly quiet place. We had a great stay, thanks again."

"What a find! We went as a large family group, so to have separate apartments for each individual family worked out perfectly for us. Their accommodation was well equipped immaculately clean and comfortable.Some of our part of a clean cyclist, so to any cyclist it’s an absolute Mecca, but you have to like hills! "

"Wir waren zu 6 als Freundesgruppe dort, und hatten sehr viel Spaß. Man braucht zwar unbedingt ein Auto, wenn man nicht nur in der Wohnung bleiben will, man muss ja auch einkaufen, aber ansonsten war es sehr schön. Freundlicher Gastgeber und alles sehr sauber!"

"Ein wirklich sehr schönes Haus in einer tollen bergigen Umgebung. Alles zum Haus wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern zu sehen. Leonadro und seine Frau sind sehr gut zu erreichen und für alle Fragen offen. Das Haus ist mit einem normalen PKW gut zu erreichen. Es liegt recht hoch am Berg und man muss sich auf Serpentinen einstellen. Im nahegelegenen Ort Villa Collemandina gibt es eine kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeit für das Nötigste jedoch kein Brot oder Brötchen. Dies bekommt man etwas weiter unten im...

"Where to begin!? The photos in the listing simply do not do this property justice. It is a truly magical location and I highly recommend it. We rented the entire place, for 20 people, to celebrate a birthday and each family, couple or single had their own private space/apartment, while still being part of the whole. "Fantastic house - all as per description - with very friendly hosts. Up the hills but close to parma and Bologna (1,5 hours). Great beds and fully equipped kitchen with fantastic plancha- BBQ.
