"The view is amazing and if you love listening to the waves this will not disappoint. Home was clean and had any essentials you may need including beach chairs and towels. Well airconditioned too! Easy walk to Mar Chiquita Beach with yummy food trucks and drinks. Also a very quick drive to Los Tubos Beach which was beautiful sandy beach with lots of waves. We loved this beach! "Large property right across the street from the beach. Lots of activities on the property including a large pool. Bathrooms and rooms are a little outdated but in good shape. No A/C but the breeze from the ocean keeps things cool during the evening. The house is from the 50s so its older, but considering all its been through, its in good shape. Lost power on our last night there but this is a common occurrence anywhere you go in PR."

"The room we had was absolutely horrible. There was an electrical plug dangling next to the shower head and There were missing outlet covers. The communication was awesome and once we told them, they understood why we were not staying there any longer. "

"I have to start off by saying that I have seen this place on VRBO for some time now and we have been wanting to stay here. I am so happy we did. For my husbands birthday and my birthday vacation we chose this beautiful place along with my sister and her husband. This place is amazingly beautiful. We loved having coffee down at the lagoon in the mornings, and the morning swims in the pool. The location of the beach and location of all the nightlife and grocery stores are within walking distance....
