"Een goede en schone kamer in het centrum van La Spezia, op loopafstand van het station.
De kamers liggen op de 3e verdieping en er is een heel klein liftje (2 personen of 1 persoon met bagage) waarvoor je eerst een trap op moet.
Voor ons was dat geen probleem, maar ben je slechter ter been, dan is deze leuke locatie helaas niet geschikt.
Er was geen ontbijt, maar wel een koelkastje en een heerlijke bakkerij aan de overkant.
De eigenaar neemt voor aankomst contact op via Whats app en geeft dan...

"This is a great place to stay. We booked the room with the sea view. It was magical. Full moon on the horizon and watching the town waking up in the morning. The bathroom was spacious, with a great shower. Also, the bed was comfortable. It is only 5 minutes away from the main square. It you want a quiet town that is a great base to explore the other towns, I highly recommend staying in Manarola. "

"Property was as describe, view was perfect, easy to find.
Very clean
AC wasn’t the best, however, we visited from the US so our AC is very cold.
We never saw the owners, they left check-in instructions. They were semi- responsive già whatsapp.
Bed is a very firm mattess. "
