"Our experience at Breakers Hotel was completely unacceptable. The room we were given was filthy and should never have been rented to guests. There was visible mold and mildew in the shower, mold elsewhere in the room, what appeared to be feces on the curtains, and the toilet had not been cleaned. ..."

"The parking for the deluxe cabins at Lighthouse Point should have a sign stating it’s for “resort parking only”. People coming to the water park were using those spaces to park for the day. We had to circle several times to find a parking spot which wasn’t close to our cabin to unload our car! Cabin ..."
