"Great location! Grocery was close by, the town of Vermilion is a jewel! There's so much to do! The neighborhood was quiet and very nice. The kitchen had everything we needed plus! The host provided great communication before during and at the end of our stay! They let us know they were available if we needed anything! I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it for a quiet get away. My friend and I were there 5 days to write and it was perfect! You must enjoy a sunset while...

But communicating with the property manager worked out and we figured it out.One thing you may want to check in the downstairs bathroom--the sink drains slow like it may have a clog starting.Thankn you and hope to enjoy the place again in the future!"

"We stayed at Heron’s Perch for my son’s birthday weekend and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and perfectly quiet, everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The hosts were incredible, with excellent communication from start to finish, which made everything so easy. It’s clear they put a lot of care into making their guests feel welcome. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back on our next trip to the Port Clinton area!
