"Great location! Grocery was close by, the town of Vermilion is a jewel! There's so much to do! The neighborhood was quiet and very nice. The kitchen had everything we needed plus! The host provided great communication before during and at the end of our stay! They let us know they were available if we needed anything! "A well-appointed house on a canal in a rural area close ( a few minutes) to Port Clinton, with plenty of room for the four of us. Our stay was very short but would definitely choose it again. One point, one of the beds is a full-size mattress turned sideways so very wide but not suitable for adults unless you sleep "across" it. We were there to bird the famous Magee Marsh and Ottawa NWR, it was great for that and if you have a boat you can tie up right there."

"We stayed at Heron’s Perch for my son’s birthday weekend and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and perfectly quiet, everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The hosts were incredible, with excellent communication from start to finish, which made everything so easy. It’s clear they put a lot of care into making their guests feel welcome. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back on our next trip to the Port Clinton area! "

"Groovy place to stay for a family and friends trip to Cedar Point. Comfortable beds and great communication with the host. It is an older house without many updates, but it is clean and accommodating. Very interesting with 70’s vibe and antique décor. We did play some vinyl records and light up the disco ball. Very fun.
